Elektrisola (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd “EM” was established on 7th February 1990 and is located in Janda Baik, Pahang. Elektrisola was founded by Dr. Gerd Schildbach in 1948 in Eckenhagen and is wholly owned by Dr. Schildbach Finanz GmbH, Germany.
Elektrisola is a pioneer and world-market leader in micro copper wire manufacturing and produces wires for industries such as automotive, industrial electronics, hand phones, and watches exporting to customers in Asia, Europe and South America.
EM has a current workforce of 800 employees who are mostly local people from Janda Baik and the vicinity of Pahang.
Elektrisola is committed to contribute to the reduction of CO2 by generating their huge demand of energy from Solar Power. The entire energy production from Solar Power will be used for their self-consumption. Dr. Schildbach together with Dato’ Thilo J. Westerhausen the Executive Director of EM and his team are strong supporters of the project. Project Elektrisola Phase 1 was developed between August to December 2018. The total installed capacity is >5MWP.
