BTH – LSS Coara Marang Is The Best Example of Synergy between Technology, Nature & Community

Coara Solar Sdn Bhd was honoured to welcome the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA) to our Coara Marang 116 MWP LSS3 project in Terengganu, Malaysia as part of their East Zone tour. 
Coara Solar began the development of Coara Marang in 2018 and it has now been in operation since 2022 and is powering up more than 55,000 home.

Led by YBhg. Dato’ Haji Mad Zaidi Mohd Karli , the visit reflects the government’s strong commitment to accelerating Malaysia’s energy transition and recognising renewable energy projects that are making a real impact on the ground.
 
As Datuk Seri Fadillah shared previously about our LSS3 project: “This sets an example. We hope other government bodies will follow—not just for operational savings, but to support employee well-being and help lower the nation’s carbon emissions.”
